Strat-O-Matic Podcast

This first episode of the new Strat-O-Matic podcast hosted by Steve Reiter of the Herculean Football Association and featuring Glenn Guzzo (of Strat-O-Matic Fanatics fame) is, predictably, all about Strat Pro Football – specifically, announcing and discussing some ratings for certain players in the soon-to-be-released 2011 card set.

I am brand new to Strat Pro Football and have not attempted a game with Advanced Rules yet, so the ratings they’re discussing in the podcast are pretty much Greek to me. However, I listened to the whole podcast and I have to say that I am very excited about the possibility of a podcast devoted to Strat-O-Matic. I love podcasts and look forward to future episodes of this one.

I’ve considered doing a podcast of my own somewhere down the line, devoted to tabletop sports generally, not to one specific game. Would you listen to a podcast that discussed current events in the tabletop sports industry? Maybe one that focused on a different game each episode, and that tried to expose people to new games?

I’m genuinely curious if there is any interest out there for this at all. Besides me, I mean. Because I would totally listen to that.
