Triple Play Baseball Video Demo

I stumbled across a great blog the other day that is devoted to tabletop baseball.  Lenny, the blogger, has created a space mostly devoted to his Triple Play Baseball league, the American Baseball League, but that is a worthwhile trip for any tabletop baseball player.

If you click nowhere else, at least take a look at his Strat-o-Matic advanced Pitcher’s Hitting Cards.  They are already a favorite of mine.

I’m not sure if it’s Lenny in the video below [edit:  Lenny emailed to tell me it's actually Scott, commissioner of the league], but the quick walk-through of the game “Triple Play Baseball” by TPB was nice to see.  I’ve never played any other baseball games besides Strat-o-Matic, and I don’t know why, but I do have a fear of other baseball games.  I don’t know if it’s a feeling of disloyalty, or a fear that I’ll discover I’m married to the wrong game, but either way, I haven’t been able to give any other games a shot.  This video helped ease my concerns and spark a little curiousity.
